Found that. Note it's either homebrew or else early early alpha/beta.  Also... the wikiepedia article says

So we're getting Lemmings PSP ported to PS2 and also an EyeToy version?  Now I can still get Lemmings PSP, as a PS2 on Ebay is in my price range.

I'm getting this ^_^ Looks like it'll better Sega Superstars for the eye toy use! Not much has been said about the traditional puzzling though, I hope they're not just using the original+PSP levels...

There was a rumour that it was getting scrapped - so I wouldn't hold your breath - but keep your fingers crossed that it'll come out - and not cost ̣40.
