In DOSBox you'd need to mount the CD-ROM drive by doing the following command first:

mount d d:\ -t cdrom

Assuming that d: is the CD-ROM drive on your machine.

Hopefully that would fix your problem.

When will people realise:

YOU DO NOT NEED DOSBOX FOR LEMMINGS 3D!!!

Just create a shortcut to it on your desktop(or wherever). Right-click this shortcut and go to Properties, then Memory. Set everything to Auto.

(This applies even to Windows 95/98/M.E. by the way)

Likewise you don't need DOSBox for original Lemmings... but sound is important to a lot of people...

I'm used to Lemmings 3D without sound, as I've never been able to get anything (except CD Music) to work.

So if you do that shortcut trick, does it not work with the sound?
