There's still this small bug with this forum. It's still lagging and I don't know wherever it is the forum or my internet. Does anybody still have this problem with the forum?
For now, it's ok. But sometimes it isn't.
It seems to be ok at some times of the day and not at others. At the moment it's fine, but earlier I couldn't log in or post(only read), and before that I couldn't even view the board.
The window that opens to post replies was taking ages to open last night. It was well annoying and I was really busy. It doesn't seem to be lagging at the moment but it always seems to end up lagging later on in the day.
For now, at the moment I'm writing this message, the forum is still lagging. :(
Now the forum is extremely fast,after almost an entire day of not being able to access the pages...
It seems to lag on random occasions,mostly for a long ammount of time.
Has anyone noticed how they occasionally get a blank page? Sure is irritating, but like Levi said it's going smoothly today...
I sometimes get a thing that asks if I want to open "YaBB.pl" or save to disk. Then it fails when I try to open it.
It seems to be going fine today. I don't know what caused it to be lagging in the past few days. People didn't seem to be replying to my PMs either when the forum was lagging too much. I even couldn't get onto the forum for several hours and because of that I had no work or anything to do. I was bored.
Wow, now the forum is ok! It really goes up, then down, then up, then down... :P

The problem really needs to be sorted out. There is some imperfection with the forum I think ::)
10 minutes later it lags then 10 minutes later it does not lag.
Now, it's ok!

Unfortunately the graph is half of the time below zero = not working. :(
Fortunately, x seems to be about 90&#B0; + n*360&#B0; atm, and therefore I can browse easily through the forums for now.
When I get back at night, this forum starts to lag then 5 minutes later it's working fine again.
Wow! Today was the worst time!
At start everything goes well, then I was unable to Logout: lagged too much! :o
I closed the window and try to access the forum a second time: The page didn't want to open! I tried later, no success. Too much lag!
Then, NOW! It's ok! And I would be able to Logout.
Andi, you SHOULD do something if possible! :(
I wasn't able to log in while the forum was lagging. I'm now logged on and it's lagging at this time, it is rather annoying.
Andi really needs to do something about this problem. It really stresses me out.
It's just been lagging for like an hour and a half now. It's very annoying. This bug really needs fixing.
I'll wait til I have also have lags again, analyze the problem a bit more and then send an email. Thanks for beeing patient til now.

Now the funny thing is: I have 2 forums installed. This and a smaller one. If one doesn't work. the other one does. X_X Now I think it might be a problem with YaBB. I'm right now thinking of changing to a PHP forum.
We're patient! If you need to close the forum for a little bit of time, I'll wait!

I can give you Invision Power Board v1.3.1 Final (which is what I use). It's the version that was available for free from Invision.
It looks nice. Might be an alternative to phpBB, which I had in mind. But at first I need a converter tool. Or do you want to repost the whole stuff?

I doubt it's possible to convert everything without a lot of effort, since whatever DB system YABB uses isn't likely to have a converter to Invision's format (unless YABB supplies converters.) You could probably leave this forum up, and just disallow posting, though I don't really like the idea of not having everything in one place.
What format does it use? I guess MySQL.

This forum was lagging some time ago. Now it seems fine. I am really suspicious of what causes this to happen to the forum.

Now it's ok,it had been lagging almost the entire day...and when I posted I somehow quadruple-posted my post (I removed 3 of them :))
When I clicked post it just lagged so I clicked on home and it was still lagging. My post had managed to successfully post.
Strange, earlier today I was constantly getting blank pages, yet now I'm surfing with zilch hassle.
I've just logged on from the computer at college and the forum's going ok for me. It usually lags during afternoons but is fine during mornings. That's what happens for me.
Next time, when it lags to you, would you please check if the homepage (www.lemmingswelt.de) is also lagging? (Even if you don't understand what is written, just open a few pages.) Thanks!
Right now it's lagging. I keep getting this page saying "The page cannot be displayed". Andi next time I want to log in the forum I'll check that page to see if it lags.
It was lagging a few minutes ago now it seems to be ok. Andi I hope you find out what causes this bug and we know why it happens. I'm really curious ::)

I checked when it was lagging and the homepage worked fine.
So it's basically the forum that's just lagging?
Ok then. I'll do my best this weekend to find a solution.
Yep, just the forum is lagging. The site: ZOOM, it loads. I waited almost 30 seconds to get into this topic to let you know, then 30 more to post this reply.. Hope you can fix it.

I installed the Invision Board for TESTING PURPOSE ONLY! I want to test if another forum is a solution. If this one lags, try the other one. Accessable via http://forum.lemmingswelt.de/.
This forum has continued to lag. It happened later today.
It still does lag a bit. I hope the problem gets fixed.

What I wanted to know if the NEW forum I set up for testing works better.
The new forum sometimes lags but it hasn't timed out for me yet.
