Well, here we go again - the summer is almost over. I go back to school on August 22, a week from Monday. I'm going into my second year of college, and I'll be living on campus, away from my Lemmings games. :-(
Fortunately, the campus is only about an hour away from my house, so I'll be able to drive home on weekends. Also, I have high-speed internet access on campus, so I'll still be able to post here. Hopefully the workload won't be like last spring, when I was so busy that I didn't even have time to visit the forums.
Yay... school... what a way to waste 9 more months... :X

I still have over a month holidays. Then I can get up early again and drive to dchool by bus and train. Argh! I don't want to think about it now! >:(

I actually enjoy learning new stuff in school. I just get annoyed when stress starts taking its toll and I don't have enough time to enjoy playing computer games and hanging out with friends.
If only I could have school without the homework! ;P

Well... this is because I changed school. I studied in Quebec, then I changed to Montreal. I worked all the summer. I will work all the autumn, winter, spring and finally next summer where it will be done!
School can indeed be such a drag after 3 months of glorious summer vacation. Then again, think about what life would be like once you're totally out of school and has to work for a living...... :-/

I am majoring in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Georgia Tech in Atlanta. I am studying to be a meteorologist.

Yep...I've already thought of that one. personally I wouldn't mind putting up with school all my life for free room and board and video games and food and water and blah and blah and blah...
I think school is okay. Sometimes it seems to be a breeze, others it is on the complete opposite end of the scale! Actually school is a good thing in another way. I see so many weird things go on and they all make great stories and are fun to get caught up in yourself (as long as whatever's going on is allowed), and I can laugh at the end of my day instead of coming home bored. There are days I come home bored, but most of the time...well, yeah.
In short: Hm. School. Okay whatever I can handle it.

Back at school now. Classes start tomorrow. I'm a huge procrastinator, so if anything, this just means my Lemmings activity will increase ;) For LemEdit, I'm restricted to LemEdit2 now, which runs slow on my computer (yes, I've tried a bunch of DOSBox tricks), but I might still work on some levels, including the group ones.
I know this thread's a few days old, but I'm going back Tuesday and starting my GSCE's (I've just left year 9). I'm not really anticipating it, like many of us :-/
Good old Gizzer Sizzer Cizzer Ezzers. They're a piece of piss, just make sure you get five A to Cs and toss the rest off.
Please be careful with my advice though, I'm now working 12 hours a day, six days a week at an amusement park.
Well, now the holidays are also for me over. Tomorrow will the pain start again. ...pain... another nice word...
Holidays were over for me a week ago. Now I have college on wednesdays,thursdays and fridays.
