Title: Replay symbol appears when changing release rate while paused [BUG?] [PLAYER]

Player 10.13.16

If you pause while playing a level, then change the release rate, the "R" replay symbol appears, even though I am only changing the release rate and not even doing anything else. Once unpaused, the "R" disappears.

This was already mentioned by möbius and Proxima in chat, and got fixed yesterday. :)

Was fixed for RR changes, but not for nuking. Is now fixed for both.
