Title: [BUG] [PLAYER] Cursor remains squared after assigning tasks to lemmings

The title of this minor bug is self-explanatory: if you push Pause right after assigning a task to a Lemming, the cursor remains squared while the game is not resumed again. I took a screenshot of this behaviour while playing Lemmings Plus Omega I on the 10.12.15-D engine (also happened with other packs):

Yes, I've noticed this bug. I have a good idea (even if not 100%) of why it's happening.
