Title: Rockstar made Lemmings?
Post by: DragonsLover on June 27, 2005, 07:01:04 PM
I just discovered that DMA Design, the maker of Lemmings, became the team of Rockstar, the one that made the GTA series. Did you know about this? For me, I didn't! O_o

DMA made the first (and the second?) GTA game.

Th e proof (http://i.walmart.com/i/p/00/71/04/25/21/0071042521016_500X500.jpg)

And I saw at Mike's DMA page some files from the very very early working progress of gta 1.

DMA made all of the GTA games, though not  necessarily as DMA. By the time Vice City came out, they were Rockstar North.

That's not a bump since it intends to and does give additional info.  The thread is a little old I admit, but overall I think no real harm done.

I like ccexplore's benevolent yet wise attitude toward forum moderation! I always find it frustrating when an interesting topic to which I could add an interesting quip is locked away in the forgotten depths of a forum.
