Title: [SUGGESTION] [PLAYER] Display permanent skills when hovering over regular lems

If a Zombie has permanent skills, and if you hover your cursor over them to immediately show you what the Zombie's permanent skills are, I don't see why the same cannot be done for regular lemmings - immediately show what permanent skills they have instead of holding "Alt".

This will potentially make levels like Mental 16 "Skill Factory" more convenient in telling what the pre-assigned pre-placed lemmings are.

I do really like the names of "Athlete" "Triathlete" and "X-Athlete" though, so I'm thinking this can be a configuration option.

I'd quite like to make some improvements in general as to how that info is displayed. Perhaps something graphic-based rather than text-based, similar to how it works on the Sega Master System version (but better, of course).

One thought I've had is displaying some kind of small icons next to the normal name (which would be something like "Walker", "Builder", etc - and most likely, "Climber" only if the lemming is actually climbing at the time, for example), with these icons indicating the permanent skills. I would have to check how well the available space allows for this - I could see the required icons fitting into two characters, so if an extra two characters can fit together with the "Platformer" text (the longest one) and a three-digit lemming count, then I'd say we're fine.
