Status: Fixed for the next update.
After I use Test Mode on a level (and I do not change absolutely anything in the level such as properties, objects, terrain, etc.), when I open another level, it gives me the "Level has been changed. Save level?" question dialog box.
This is not necessary, as I have only used Test Mode, and I have not changed the level in any other way.
strange; I've never had this problem. Try explaining your exact steps when you do this? Maybe a certain button you press or order of steps is causing this.
Actually I don't think I've ever gotten that dialogue box. ??? When are you supposed to get it?
The steps:
1. Open a level.
2. Run Test Mode, but do not change absolutely anything about the level before that.
3. Exit Test mode, do not change absolutely anything still.
4. Either close the editor, close the level, or open a new level. The dialog box then pops up.
This does happen on the latest version of the editor. You should see that dialog box whenever you typically change anything about the level to prevent you from not saving changes accidentally.
OK-- I had not gotten the latest version.
I just did and yes this happens to me too. It's possible to create a bug file this way; you can 'save a level' with no level open. The resulting file cannot be open and will say:
"access violation at adress 00519BA3 in module 'NeoLemmixEditor.exe' Read of adress 0000002C"
