The forums are up, but nothing else.
I need help designing the site! My plans consisit of having two bars on each side of the site (left for navigation, right for polls and links) and a center area for site content. The news should be lifted from the Trapdoor News board in the forums. So may other sites look like this, but I'm dumb and don't know how to start. If you can help, PM me ASAP.
Judging from your specifications, you'll need to learn PHP - there's plenty of tutorials on the web, just Google it.

There is something called PHP-Kit. Might fit to you, but as far as I know there's only a german version of it. What's the other one called? Nuke-PHP?
I'm not able to open the website... well, on the computers of my school.
The server's slow, BTW. I don't know about restrictions and stuff, DragonsLover. It works fine on my PC.
