- Enhanced Icon Bar
  - big changes to how the icon bar is displayed 
    (and how it works behind the scenes)
  - the icons have been made (slightly) wider, and significantly taller. 
    I've moved the skill counters down into the icons too. this combined 
    has actually *decreased* the total screen real-estate they take up now.
  - I also rearranged the order to be a bit more logical (IMHO).
  - behind the scenes, the icons are now layered and composited in real-time.
    What this means, is that mods that want different graphics only need to 
    update the "empty icon" images (both the original, and the 
    enhanced "larger" one), and the same skill icons will be pasted over top in-game.
- Icon Labels
 - as a side-benefit of the new real-time compositing, you can toggle on or 
   off text-labels on the icons.
- minor change, repositioning bomb timers 3 pixels to the right (thanks WillLem).
- fixed a bug for new users that do not have SuperLemmini installed. 
- moved default resource folder to <USER_PROFILE>/.superlemminitoo/
- changed "Never Show Percentages" option to "Show Percentages"
