Title: The Adventures of Lomax - DOS?

Is there actually a DOS version of The Adventures of Lomax? As it's listed on MobyGames but I haven't found any info on it anywhere else, is it included on the windows version CD?

I've never heard of a DOS version, but if it exists I'm certainly interested.
