Solved rule2 and rule3 levels.
Rule2 All for 4 and 4 for all
I had quite a lot of leftover skills on this one. I like the idea of long platformer bridge at the middle so the shimmier lemming can keep going and push button. Otherwise, it's too expensive to push the button in the wall.
Rule3 Drown those Zombies!
I had quite a lot of leftover skills on this one too. I successfully drown all those zombies as the title say, but I think I’m still missing some core tricks.
Rule2 Let's Play Games!
This level was quite hard. The main difficulty of the level was that I had to save at least one lemming from the bottom. I don't know if these stacker/stoner things in my solutions are intended.
Rule3 Random Acts of Nastiness
This is my favourite level of today! I expect there’s some very nice levels I haven’t played in rule1, but this level is my highlight so far. How to save neutrals while distracting zombies at the same time was the main difficulty factor.
These levels showcase quite a lot of terrain pieces and objects of your new tileset! I especially love the pinball terrains, glitterling pink conveyor belt and slot machine object in casino level! Well, I actually tried to find something to complain about the tilesets, but almost nothing to point out. All the objects have their own animation so it’s easy to tell what is terrain and what is object while making the tilesets dynamic. One thing(Let's Play Games!) : at first I expect the triangular terrain pieces at the bottom right are destructible terrains. They don’t look steely enough I think, but it's my personal taste. So let’s see what other people say about this.
Rule2 Lab Lesson: Bean Machine
At first I started the level and thought : I only need to push those two button with 2 jumpers and 2 gliders and the level is self solving after that. Is this level that easy? I kept striking time skip button, all the neutral splat, :XD: and I realized I had to prepare platforms to save the neutrals. I was a dumb. Anyway the level wasn’t that hard but really creative. This is the first level I found the flipper is used in meaningful way. ;)
Rule3 Trinity Of The Crypt
I was quite surprised that this level has very similar theme to my rule3 level. In my level, zombie disarmer is not a climber but the normal lemming and the neutral are climbers instead, but the main idea is same as yours. The level seemed very difficult at first glance but I think it's sort of "go with the flow" level so it didn't take too much time to solve.
Rule2 Lemmings Touchdown in a Colorful World
Hehe, I found no-shmmier solution.:D I cloned the platformer so the cloned platformer turn around immediately so I could get two worker lemmings facing same direction. I guess the intended solution use shimmiers to push the buttons on the yellow and red square blocks maybe..?
Rule3 The Love-Hate Triangle
I didn't take advantage of zombie disarmer so this might be a backroute :P
Rule2 All Your Bees Are Belong to Us
Space and Honeycomb, very interesting combination actually. They seem to have no similarities at all but the level looks nice and aesthetically pleasant. Blue-yellow is complementary colors pair so this could be one of the reason I think. ;)
Rule2 Purple Pit of Peril
Nice and easy level. I'm normally not a big fan of purple tileset level but this level looks nice.
Rule2 Lemminas im Kraftwerk
This level seemed a bit open ended so I tried to speedrun this level.(multitasking as hell ) The level provide quite a lot of skills but still challenging enough. Especially I had to quickly find the way to save the neutral walking toward the trap. And saving the lemminas surrounded by force field was qute tricky too. Nice job Willem over all
Rule3 Immortal
Wow, I didn't know that it’s possible to place pre-assingned shimmier! Pre-assinged shimmier has definitely puzzle potential it seems. Sadly, I think my solution is a backroute. I have quite a lot of leftover skills.
Rule3 The Chamber of Mummies
I had very much fun playing this level! Well done Dullstar! I think there are many valid but equally challenging solutions to this levels.
Completed "Come Home Lemmings".
I was able to see the intention with the Basher, but it was damn frustrating to pull off because of the precision required on the Builder placements. Some of the water pools look untidy (e.g. why can't the one under the stairs just be a single water object in an open pit, flush against the bottom of the screen?), while the pit with the large red barrel has a deadly wall on the left because the water object's trigger area goes right to the edge.
To be a little bit pendantic, the yellow arrows don't belong to the Brick tileset.
Here's my replays to all the R1 V1 levels, except for IchoTolot's which I haven't beaten yet

I'm surprised to hear that you haven't been able to solve my R2 yet. However, good to know that my R2 isn't overly trivial!
Well, to be fair I didn't even attempt yours because of the graphics bug. However, now that it's been fixed (https://www.lemmingsforums.net/index.php?topic=5427.msg90251#msg90251) I did manage to get a solution together!
This may be a backroute because I didn't use the Shimmiers
... neat little level though!
Solved rule1 levels!
It took several attempts to get talisman but I got it!
I din't use any permenant skill so it might be a backroute. ;P Nice little level though.
It was quite clear that I had to extend the basher to the extreme and the question was "how?"
One thing worth mentioning : The Climber drown when he climbs this wall. The triger area of the climber is always 1pixel inside the wall, so...

That was an really nice level! the skillset seemed generous but it turned out that I was wrong. Both constructive and destructive skills ran out quickly.
I ended up using every skill but I'm not sure if this is intended or not.
Wow this level was very difficult. I'm quite sure that this is the hardest of all your three levels, and I think it might even be the hardest level of this contest. The most important thing was to realize that I could only use one digger and one builder for each floor and each side.(left/right).
The level is small but it's quite hard and has several neat tricks in it! Using blocker to stop the digger when he is not on solid terrain, using backward miner to make the wall climbable and finally well-known blocker-digger turn around trick!
The levels look like it came from Lemmings Destination! I 'm afraid I backrouted it. I have several leftover skills.
It was easier than "typical NieSch levels" It's still very nice one.
I can see several possible ways to solve this level. And here's my 5-skills solution. 8-)
I saw the image of this level on discord before the playing phase start. I think you carve out the solution nicely. I have a miner left though. :P
This level was quite simple and easy.
Simple layout but the solution was not that simple ;P
Turning the worker lemming around at the top right was tricky. I wonder if there is more elegant way to do this!
And I also resolved updated levels :
All for 4 and 4 for All
Lemmings Touchdown in a Colorful World
Immotal
Drown those Zombies!
The Love-Hate Triangle
@Armani Your solutions to both my R1 and R2 are intended!
You did indeed get all 3 of the tricks I intended in my R1: cancelling a digger with a blocker, using a backwards miner to make a wall climbable for a climber, and turning a digger around with a blocker. Honestly I'm quite surprised to hear from everyone telling me that my R1 is hard. At the same time, there was another fix I considered using for the level, but then I felt it was going to give away the solution completely. There's also a lot of trickery here for such a small level where if you don't use the skills as intended you'll going to end up short on skills every time. So, it looks like I have indeed succeeded in making an extremely deceptive and hard level :P
You are correct in that your solution to my R3 is still a backroute. I have uploaded a V3 of it. Let's see if this stops your backrouting now :P Also hopefully it's now just as hard as my R1 or possibly even harder, as IMO my R3 is the hardest of all my contest entries.
Also I just wanted to comment on your solution to Icho's R1, as I pretested his contest entries. We have the same solution, I simply used the skills in a different order. Icho said that my solution was "95% intended." And yes, I agree with you that his R1 is hard.
Thanks again for playing my levels, Armani! I have definitely learned a lot in the process.
@armani
Your solution uses different specific tricks than intended, but they're about the same difficulty, performed in the same place, and achieve the same effect, whilst being impossible to fix in a nice way anyway, so I'll count it as an acceptable solution
I heard that one of my level is giving problem to someone, so I decided to give some hints for it for those who want. I'm not that good at giving hints so let me know if this is not enough, or if you want hints for other levels too.
The Day After Chritsmas
- Sometimes, it's better to not push the button even if you can at no cost.
- You cannot let a lemming die by single trap. You must save everyone except for stoner sacrifice.
- You are given two cloners. One is for cloning stacker and another is for fencer.
- Actually, the tiny gap at the bottom left of the level is a little hint I gave you. It forces you to use certain skill that you wouldn't necessarily do at this point if the gap is not there.
- You know that a lemming will fall and turn around if he jump into a terrain in front of him. And the stoner is also a terrain. ;)
ok, Solved Your Level Kaywhyn. Even though it's a small level, I really liked your several little tricks in this level. I think probably my favorite level of Rule 1.
Of course before I solved the level had to do different things with the destructive skills and climber timings.
Here are the tricks:
1) After using a digger to get into bubble with Oww's had to use a blocker to stop him. (also had to be a digger there not a basher or miner, since those are needed elsewhere)
seen this digger blocker trick many times in other packs (IE: LOA hardcore 18(chopped in half) after using a digger then used a blocker to cancel him.
Also seen many times in Icho's reunion levels. So by seeing this trick I new I had to use a blocker to stop him. (Nice trick Kaywhyn)
2) Then had to backwards mine on bubble left of hatch so climbers can up there. (used this backward miner trick a few times also in LOA (ie Hardcore 26)) Also another nice trick.
3) Then sent a climber left to upper area. After mining down right then bashed right through long horrizontal area, had to send the other 2 climber close together after a few strokes of the bashing. climbers had to be timed at right moment (another nice trick)
4) Then with basher dig him down in middle of vertical bubble(in the middle) and by the time the other 2 sent climbers get there they can drop to the right of digger without splatting.
5) Then with 1st climber who gets to middle bar dig him so he will leave a non climbable spot on edge so no other climbers can go right and exit (used this trick in LOA 28 The Puzzle
where I had to use a digger to make a wall non-climbable). And with other climber use a blocker so he will face left. (nice trick) seen this blocker turning a digger around for example in United's Pacificm 34 (The order of U-Turns).
6) And finally after the lemming gets to gap right of trapped lemmings build him. And finally bash right with a lemming in trapped crowd after those climbers head right.
And it can't be a climber who bashes left otherwise the 2 climbers will just go left (nice trick)
NOTE: I finished with 1 second left. I know some people don't like timers, but being a traditionalist I like them.
Anyways here is my replay
@eric And, that's finally intended. Nice job!
You did indeed get the three main tricks I intended in the solution: cancelling a digger with a blocker, backwards mining to make a wall climbable, and turning a digger with a blocker. The second trick is not seen a lot, but I just knew I had to make a level that uses the trick. I think these three tricks all in one level is what makes the level hard, especially the second one. Also, if you don't use these tricks, you'll always end up short on skills.
As for the timer, it is tight, but it doesn't have to be. It's very possible to finish with around 20 seconds or so remaining. Normally I assign a climber almost instantly after I use a lemming to backwards mine. Also, you could interrupt the digger with a blocker after he has dug low enough so that everyone is contained in the brown bubble wall and so they don't have as much space to walk around in. This is what would had saved you more time. And yes, as long as you assign the next two climbers after you start bashing the top that's pretty much guaranteed to be about the right time to send them out almost every time. You can also use the far right pillar to stop the climbers going out the right side of the level, but of course your solution wouldn't work in this case, since you would run out of time.
What would you say about the difficulty of my R1? Did you think it was hard now that it's finally been properly patched up? If you think it was hard, then as mentioned before you're not the first one to tell me it's hard, as several people before you have told me that. Also, I think only one other person, Armani, has managed to solve it so far, and so you're pretty much the second person to have sent me a replay of R1, with the intended solution.
Nice job with steamrolling all the R1 levels! I think Icho's is the only R1 you have left to solve? I can tell you that it is hard, as I pretested all of his contest levels, but since you managed to solve my R1, then it should be a bit easier for you, since it uses something similar to my level. Since you're also a traditionalist, I knew right away that you would focus on the R1 levels and do all you can to solve them.
Resolved updated levels
Added steel and fire trap don't affect my solution at all and I didn't even need to use additional builder and miner. :P
I like my solution but I doubt this is intended. :P
I had to adjust my solution a little bit but basically similar to my previous one.
Hope this is closer to what you have in mind.
Sorry, I have no idea what you have in mind tbh. Another backroute incoming :(
Your solution is actually intended :) but it seems to have been a bit more precise than my solution. Basically, the release rate and terrain width was set in such a way so that you can do that trick with the blocker right from the start and then use the bomber to free the blocker and get a climber at the top of the level. But I'm not super picky about the way you did it though because the main idea is there so well done good sir
All rightie, I've managed to solve all of the R1 levels. Here are my replays and my feedback. I pre-tested Icho's contest levels for the second time in a row, and once again it was quite an honor to do so. I've included my replay for his R1 level, so you may compare with mine if you wish. However, you might want to try and solve it on your own first. It is difficult, but I'm sure you lot are all capable of handling it :P Also, Icho said my solution is about 95% intended but was still deemed acceptable.

Nice level! I'm not sure if my solution is intended, since I have a climber and floater leftover.
I don't know if this is the same backroute that eric keeps using. Something tells me that it is, since I do have a bomber leftover.
I didn't realize that Icho didn't put in your V3 of your R1. Interestingly enough, he didn't put the most recent version of your R3 either. This means that in my LP you'll see your R1 twice. Part 1 is V2 of your R1, while Part 5 will show your V3 of your R1. However, the zip of my replays is for your V3. I don't think this is quite intended, since I have a climber and floater leftover this time instead of using all skills like I did with your V2.
Wow, this one was a difficult one for me. I made a pass for my first round, since it took me longer than 20-25 minutes and I couldn't solve it in that timeframe. When I did come back to your level in part 5 of my LP, I was able to solve it, but still after much struggling. I'm pretty sure my solution I ultimately found isn't quite intended, but surely it's still acceptable since I still end up using most of the skills? Also, nice choice of music here, being a variation of the Tetris theme :)
This one was a bit difficult for me. Amusing that I ended up struggling for a time until I found this solution that leaves several climbers, floaters, and a bomber leftover. Is this acceptable?
Wow, this one was a great one! I thought I was going to be stuck here for a while, but I solved this one fairly quick :P That's a nice trick of using a digger with no terrain underneath him to build and get him to the bottom.
This is by far my favorite level of R1. Very nice solution, and that's an absolutely nice trick of using a non-climber to bomb and release the climber so that the climber can be reused. Somewhat difficult, but it wasn't too hard at all. Nice job here! :)
Somewhat difficult for a 5-of-everything except builders, which you have double the amount, but still not very hard. This is probably an open-ended level, so probably most solutions, including mine, are acceptable.
Nice 1-of-everything level. Amusing that I thought it was quite straightforward until I realized too late the nearly hidden trap near the exit. Compression method for the win! :P
Nice level. I don't think my solution is intended, since I do have some leftover skills. This one's still isn't trivial, though.
Nice attempt at a level. Nice and easy.
Nice level. Despite the excessive leftover skills, this must be it, since this seems to be the only way to solve it.
Solution is obvious, getting it to work is quite difficult. The hardest part is the far right side with getting everyone to turn around. There have been times that I got it to work, but I kept using way too many builders in the process. Also, there were plenty of times where I would get them down safely but unfortunately they land too close to the trigger area of the ketchup wheel, or they unfortunately splat because it's fatal by 1 pixel. Yours was another that I had to use another video to solve, especially since I've already ran long. I probably could had gotten it solved in just that one video, but I was already too frustrated with getting it to work. Interestingly enough, it only took me about a good 5-7 minutes the next time I came back to the level to solve ;)
Resolved Armani's Childhood Dreams V2 and eric's Come Home Lemmings V4
I think this is intended now, as I use all the skills. The level's definitely better now ;) I'm already familiar with the turning fallers in midair around with a blocker trick. I like how after bashing the right crowd out they're stuck in an infinite loop until you build to reach the exit trigger. Also, you need to bomb the climber after bashing and not a non-climber, as then you'll always be a lemming short of the requirement.
Also Armani, no worries if you can't watch the videos right now. I understand you're busy with school. More videos to come at a later time, since I still need to do the R2 and R3 levels.
@eric I think this is more or less intended now, even though I have some builders leftover. And yes, you're right about the old version being not that difficult. I realize that now due to me simply overthinking the solution in my mind. I was able to resolve this version much quicker, and for V3 it's simply the same solution as I did here, just where to bash needs to be lower when the OWAs were facing the wrong way. Again, LPing is a whole different ball game and honestly I think a psychological thing is at play here.
Also, I had a problem where a climber drowned when he was climbing the middle wall, as it appears that the trigger area of the quicksand is much higher/wider than it really is.
RE:
Thanks Kaywhyn; This is now intended
Notes:
It's ok that you had 3 builders and a blocker remaining. I gave the 3 extra builders to help with the basher so he won't stop as Crane noted. You got the intended solution though.
@Crane That is 100% intended. Nice job!
Your previous solution missed the other two tricks I intended, which were cancelling a digger with a blocker, as well as using a blocker to turn a digger around. You got the backwards miner to make a wall climber correct. I think this last trick with the miner is the main reason why everyone's telling me that my R1 is hard because they haven't thought about doing that.
ok solved Niesch's Rule 1 version 2 level Take a Hike. Still not too difficult of a level.
Also I spent a lot of time on Icho's Rule 1 level as I wanted to be able to finish all the traditional levels (Rule 1) since I am a traditionalist when it comes to lemmings. Wow very difficult level(at least for me). but I managed to solve it.
The timing of the climbers so they can dig, block and build close together up to the top trapped lemming on the left and right was the trickiest part.
Anyways I now finished all The rule 1 levels. The only one not totally sure about is crane's level as he stated the backroute of his High Rise Highjinks doesn't seem to be able to be fixed, so I don't know his intended solution.
anyways here are the 2 final levels replays that needed to be solved for Rule 1.
I still like Kaywhyn's level tricks the best I think in the Rule 1 set, even though it's a small level. Probably my favorite music in Rule 1 was Flopsy's "The cooler side of Hell"
And definitely the easiest level in Rule 1 was Silken Healer's Building Bridges. This level probably is on par with the middle to late Fun rank levels of the Original lemmings.
@eric Nice job with Icho's R1 level  As you know, I pretested his contest levels. All of them are difficult in their own ways, although I agree with Armani's assessment that his R1 was probably the hardest of his levels in this contest, even though his R2 and R3 both each took me longer. Regarding your solution, you totally could had had both a climber and a floater to spare :P
Simply make the digger that was a climber the blocker on the right side instead.
Compare to my solution where I was less efficient and ended up using all skills but I did what I told you in the spoiler above.
I still like Kaywhyn's level tricks the best I think in the Rule 1 set, even though it's a small level.
Glad you liked my R1 level! Your R1 was nice as well, even though it gave me problems but only because I kept overthinking it :crylaugh:
And definitely the easiest level in Rule 1 was Silken Healer's Building Bridges. This level probably is on par with the middle to late Fun rank levels of the Original lemmings.
Definitely an easy level. I thought The Tomato Watcher's level was very easy as well. The hardest R1 levels for me is either Crane's or Icho's, the former only because I can't solve it the intended way and can only solve with a backroute.
@Armani Finally, your solution to my R3 is intended. Great job! It might have taken 9 versions, but it's finally completely patched up :crylaugh: It should now be the hardest of my contest levels, with my R1 possibly even more or a close second for hardest.
On the flip side, your R2 is the only level I can't solve. So, after not being able to solve it after 2 videos, I will hopefully get it solved off-camera. And I've already spent at least 2 hours off-camera with it and still no luck :( I know you posted hints, but I dare not peek at them, as I like to figure it out for myself :P
I've also had an attempt at your R3 on camera, but I haven't been able to solve that one yet. I'm going to try and see if I can solve the other R3 levels first before I come back to yours ;)
I've looked at all of the R2 and R3 levels, so I'm back with more replays attached and LP videos to all the levels except for Armani's R2 and R3, as I still need more time to solve them. However, I wasn't going to delay the uploading of my LP videos due to them, as I wanted to see the rest of the levels. So, I will upload Part 5 of the R2 levels and Part 4 of the R3 levels once I'm able to solve both of his levels off-camera.
My replays also include solutions to Icho's R2 and R3 levels. As you all know, I pretested them, so you may compare my solutions to them. However, once again, I urge you to give them both a try and attempt to solve them :P They're both difficult, but I'm sure you lot can handle them. I really like his R3 the best out of his contest levels. As for the video LPs, I haven't shown my solution to Icho's R2, but I will do that in the next video I upload once I solve Armani's R2. In the meantime, there's the replay file you can use to see it ;)
Overall, for some reason I felt the R3 levels were easier than the R2 ones. Probably because I solved the R3 ones somewhat faster. Not to mention there's one less R3 level I played than R2 since I didn't need to play either Icho's (I pretested) or my own :P Also, though the R1 levels only use the classic 8 skills, they were definitely some of the best contest levels I've seen. I say the overall difficulty of the R1's were in the middle, so in between R3 and R2, with the R2 the hardest ones IMO. I think there's universal consensus that R2 was the most difficult to work with when designing for the rule, but most of them turned out to be difficult. Armani's R2 is the hardest for me, as that is the one that I have not yet managed to solve while the rest I have.

Feedback on R2 and R3 levels
Immortal R3V10 - Nice level. I'm sure this isn't intended, since I do have plenty of skills leftover, so unfortunately I think this might still require some fixing :P
The Chamber of Mummies R3V2 - This one was a bit tricky and difficult. Still, nice puzzle. Seems to be a bit open-ended, but I'm not sure if my solution is acceptable though, given the skills I have leftover.
All for 4 and 4 for All R2V2 - Nice level that was quite challenging. I do have some skills leftover, but hopefully this is acceptable?
Drown Those Zombies R3V3 - Wow, I really like this one! Nice job  Of your 3 contest levels, your R3 was my favorite. It was a bit difficult, but it's not too hard and not too trivial. Great solution.
Let's Play Some Games R2V2 - Difficult one. In particular, the hardest was getting one of the lemmings at the bottom to the top. Not sure if this is acceptable. Nice tileset, although I did confuse some things for solid when they're actually background. Of course, I could use CPM, but I rather not take the easy way out and figure things out as I go. I like this challenge/puzzle of doing so.
Random acts of nastiness R3V1 This is by far my favorite one of your 3 contest levels. It's just the right difficulty and challenge, so I'm honestly surprised that Nessy couldn't solve this. Not too hard but not easy either. Very nice design/tileset and puzzle. Once again, there were some things I confused for solid when they're actually background. In particular, some stuff at the bottom, such as the post before the bomb traps. Again, it's all about playing more levels in the tileset and familiarizing oneself with them. I'm definitely hyped up about the eventual release of GGF now ;)
All Your Bees Are Belong To Us R2V1 - Nice level, especially with the tileset mixing of both the space and bee tilesets. I ended up struggling with this level for a good 15-20 minutes. You could make the bee traps more noticeable, though :P I got taken by surprise with them. At the same time, it is a really short level, so it's not a big deal.
Purple Pit of Peril R2V1 - Nice level. A bit dull and annoying for my taste, but that's just my personal dislike for levels where you have to repeatedly spam the same skill(s) over and over. It's an easy one, though, so thanks for that :P
Crazy Eights R3V1 - This one was definitely the hardest of your 3 contest levels. I solved this one the slowest. This is most definitely a backroute, since in my solution I don't even need to collect the walker pickups, but I did so anyway :P
Lemminas im Kraftwerk R2V1 This is a really nicely designed level! A bit long for my taste, but I was fortunately able to eventually solve it, even though I spent nearly an hour. Releasing the Lemminas stuck in between the two force fields was certainly the trickiest, especially when you realize that it's necessary to fence from below due to the button at the top. Also racing to save the neutral Lemmina from dying to the trap at the beginning. That was a nice touch and puzzle element, though. Here, the skillset may look extremely generous, but don't be fooled. The stackers and walkers ran out surprisingly fast. I kept having to readjust some skills due to unnecessarily wasting stackers where I shouldn't.
@Armani - I will upload the final parts of the R2 and R3 videos at a later time once I'm able to solve both of your levels. I think I'm quite close with your R3 now that I was able to get farther in Part 3 than I did in the Part 1 video.
As for my levels, I will show off the intended solutions to them once I can solve both of Armani's R2 and R3 and near the end of the playing phase. Sorry for the disappointment :P
@ericderkovits
Thanks for playing my level  Your solution is unfortunately not quite intended but.. very close to intended. Actually you did everything correctly until 1min. After that your solution is different to mine. Especially I don't want anyone to contain normal lemming for a long time until the zombie disarmer finish his job.
@Armani Ok, I have posted my replay/video of my solution to your R3V1. I'm well aware that your R3 is currently up at V3, and so I will need to resolve your R3, but I simply wanted to show you the solution I found to your R3V1 last night, meaning the replay I attach here is the second solution I show off in the video. The solutions are identical anyway, the only difference being one skill swapped out for another. I checked, and both of the V1 replays break for V3.

You said on Discord that holding back the normal/neutral Millas isn't intended, which is exactly what I did, and so I knew right away that it's very likely not intended even though I have a skill leftover.
I still need to think more about your R2. At least I can still put up Part 4 of the R3 video regardless of whether R2 is solved or not. It's definitely a nailbiter. The part before the end is quite mind-boggling :XD:
So what I think I managed to figure out is pick up the "promising last attempt" from Part 4 of the R2 video and maybe stone the clone stacker and use the shimmy jump to land on top of the stoner and then platform across to reach the midair platform. At this point, I have two jumpers, two fencers, and a cloner left and an uncollected glider which will be collected by the crowd. Is this at least in the right direction?
Certainly the biggest problem is if using the stoner, then the lemming that hits the top button above the exit has to survive. With the skills I have left described above, I can't shake the feeling that there isn't a way to save him, at least not with the skills I have remaining. The only way to possibly make him turn around is to fence and then a cancelling skill to push the button. I'm wondering if this part might be quite precise?
The other possibility is that the stoner might be a red herring, but I doubt it :XD:
@rtw I've also resolved your R1 and R3 levels. The solution to Warmth R1V2 should be intended now, and if so still a nice level and quite easy, but I'm sure my solution still isn't intended for Crazy Eights R3V2 since I don't use any of the pickup skills :P
ok, solved Armani's Rule 3 version 3. used all skills.
Seems like last update was not enough to prevent containing the normal lemming for a long time. Added one more trap. ;)

INTENDED
You successfully figured out two tricks I had in mind and you are the first one to find the intended solution on this level.
Well done!
:lem4ever:
Better than before but still not enough :XD:
95% intended
We are VERY VERY close now.
The first skill to let normal lemming down is a miner, not a digger. And in your solution you could have saved 2 stackers at the middle by directly assigning jumper+shimmier to normal lemming instead of assigning 2 stackers and then jumper+shimmier. And those saved 2 stackers can be used in other places. All others are intended. I'm pretty sure you can find intended solution in a while now.
I have no idea why I put the fire like that, so the lemming can just walk though .... :forehead:
I moved fire 1 pixel down.
And you still could have save 1 stacker. The fourth stacker you used at the top is not needed. All other 4 stackers are in correct places though.
Ok. Final level of the LDC #22 finally solved
Armani's rule 2 level. This one was the hardest level of any to find the solution. Still WillLem's rule 2 level is the hardest one though since the level is huge and requires so much time to solve.
Luckily though his level furnished plenty of skills(although I used every one except for 3 gliders.)
here's how I figured how to solve Armani's Rule 2 level.
I was trying to figure out how to get a lemming down in the open space below that rightmost top button, since I knew that there is the spot for the fencer cloner had to be placed.
so finally I thought of jumping a lemming before that top right button and stoning him for the next lemming to jump and hit him to turn him around so he can glide down to that area to fence/clone.
So by using the stoner up there by the top right button, I then had to clone a stacker over that small spike spot on bottom left floor.
Wow what a tricky level.
Now I'm awaiting for both Icho to solve the contest levels and when Kaywhyn is ready, to resolve a few of the levels(ie Armani's rule 3, Flopsy's rule 2 Level, and Crane multi version(No.18-wow so many attempts) Rule 1 level).
And, Crane's R1 finally solved. Replay attached. Wow, that's quite a clever solution. Not super precise and unfair at all.
I have used this trick of overlapping builders in my solutions plenty of times, yet it managed to escape me here for a while once again. This was what did me in regarding a specific Rapture level in SEB Lems and I was stuck there for a long time. Looks like I haven't learned my lesson at all :crylaugh:
All rightie, will wait for possibly future updates to some levels before I record the final videos showing off the solutions to these levels, as well as the intended solutions to my contest levels in about a week or so. I know there's still a few that need fixing.
Regarding which level I think is the hardest, despite how Crane's R1 was the last contest level I solved, I will also have to say that Armani's are by far much harder. Yes, Crane's R1 is hard, but that's because it has the appearance of an extremely deceptive small and simple level where a lot of things I tried all don't work because you will always end up a skill short. In contrast, Armani's R2 and R3 both gave me far more problems. I unfortunately backrouted his R3V7 :P
RE: Kaywhyn
I noticed though the top builders should have been placed a
tiny bit lower though
Indeed, it can sometimes be difficult to judge when to place the top builders for the ceiling check, particularly since the basher checks work differently depending on what engine you're playing on. In my solution, there was only one possible position for it to work, whereas if they were lower there would had been far more leeway. However, that wasn't my main gripe. The timing just before dropping off the final wall and walking to the exit was the bigger annoyance, since I ended up restarting and having to adjust it so many times. Again, I think I could had made it easier on myself had I done some RR changes.
congrats, Kaywhyn on finally solving Cranes rule 1 level.
Yes, also it's a shame that Armani's Rule 3 level is still not fixed, as I saw you backroute of it, because the intended solution is a special one. It took me 7 versions though to get the intended solution. Icho actually loved his rule 3 level. Of course he solved it quickly as usual and also as intended.
Also spoiler for my Rule 1 level
Actually, Kaywhyn what I meant by the timing was not the builders but when to send the 3rd athlete so he will be there close to the 1st lemming who digs and must be turned around by the blocker near the end of the level. The placement of the builders are still not difficult in this version. When using the diggers just make sure they are as far left as possible before digging. When I updated the level I not only reduced the number of builders to the exact amount needed, but also I slightly moved the tall OWW closer together, as to make sure the builder steps will touch in each gap to help the basher out. Also I didn't need to play around with the release rate. i Will eventually post my replay after the playing session is over to show you what I mean.
