Skatoony, while I respect that you don't want to violate copyright laws, you somewhat undermined yourself when you later posted links to the OGGs and MIDIs from Lemmings 95 which is just as much of a violation. That said, it does make some sense that Sony would be more concerned about a copyright violation of their much more recent, on-the-market version of Lemmings compared with something from like over a decade ago.
It's up to you, but in addition to us being unnoticed, there's also the fact that big companies generally use cease-and-desist letters as their first line of defense and things often end at that stage. (There are plenty of examples of this in the past, both with Lemmings and other games.) So I think if you upload now, the worst that could happen is that they discover about it, write an angry e-mail demanding it to be removed, you comply, and that's all.
