don't press pause!
this used to be a gimmick that existed in earlier versions of Neolemmix. This gimmick was called Frenzy, where pause is disabled completely for the level... Now, because the gimmick got culled, the difference is that pause is always available as a feature that one can use, but obviously here the idea is to resist ever using it.
Here, I'm thinking the most difficult will be the final level of ONML, especially with timed bombers.
Fun 1-30, recorded in one take with no pausing (https://youtu.be/sy5HFafk8rg) 8-)
Tools like direction select, highlighting a lemming and skill shadows obviously make certain things easier, particularly freeing blockers, placing skills precisely and recovering when you go wrong. However, it makes for a slightly different kind of challenge. For instance, I pretty much want to execute the chosen solution as perfectly as I can because recovering on the Amiga in realtime is fiddly and unsatisfying, so I tend to just start the level again if I go wrong. However, taking the approach of using the NeoLemmix tools allows you to play through everything in one sitting, recover if you go wrong, and treat it more as a case of dealing with exactly what happens in the moment.
One suggestion - if you're using OBS, select the option to show the cursor in the recording as well if possible.
As I said at the beginning, because I'm playing on NeoLemmix, I'm making it a second rule for the challenge that I may not use NL tools to recover from mistakes.
Tricky 1-30 (https://youtu.be/kX5FDCrbmZ4), including 100% saved on "Turn around, young lemmings" 8-)
Taxing 1-20 (https://youtu.be/4zbuyCj9lKs), including 100% saved on "Tribute to M. C. Escher" :P
Great watch again. Very clever 100% on Tribute to M.C. Escher; I've given this a go myself - my solution is slightly different for the ending but uses your trick to free a worker lem from the crowd
Mayhem 21 is much easier if you take advantage of the perfectness of release rate 72 (in Amiga/DOS) relative to the width of the pit. The lemmings will naturally be compressed into just 2 groups so assigning skills to the correct-facing lemming is a non-issue. 72 is also fast enough to not run out of time even without multitasking
The Fast Food Kitchen is an obvious one to see... Bonus if you can't use the keyboard either and have to actually click on the skills icons to pick the skill you want to assign. If you do decide to do that level, I'd ask to see the whole take and not just the final successful attempt.
[edit: extra bonus if you manage a 100% solution without pause for that level]

38 also has a similar effect (it's exactly twice as slow as 72) but not sure if fast enough time-wise.
I haven't watched all of the videos, but since all of the original levels are up, this confirms my speculation that it is indeed possible to complete the entire game pause free. Well done, Proxima! This means that it should be possible to do for ONML too. Now I have to ask, which levels did you particularly find difficult to do for this particular challenge?
Will you be covering ONML with this challenge too?
Also, this is in no way a confirmation that it's entirely possible on Amiga, but even without the convenience features of framestepping, directional select, and skill shadows, it should still be very possible, albeit more challenging depending on the level.
I'm wondering if it's possible for the Mac's version of The Steel Mines of Kessel.
For the record, yes I tried the black and white version of Pea Soup where the peas are invisible, but this level is nowhere near as frustrating and should definitely be possible without pausing.
I never thought of that one for the (Tribute to M.C Escher) with the building bit at the end turning the lemmings around, such a small space to do all that in.
Did you see my video for this level (https://youtu.be/rkYg83LicU0)? I included footage of all attempts as requested; it's not the "whole take" as such, because as a rule I usually do stop the vid every few attempts to make sure OBS is capturing the footage OK, but I've cut it all together as an outtakes reel so you can see each attempt leading up the successful one.
Take #9 seems a little prematurely abandoned? The dig pit you wound up with did not break through the floor. It is a bit deeper than intended, but seems like maybe that can be compensated by having the climber dig down a little before bashing right?
In DOS/Amiga Lemmings there is actually a trick you can use to help with certain cases of directional assign
Still want more suggestions? Try "Presents Of Mind" & "Presents Of Mind II", from Holiday Lemmings 93 (Flurry 12 and Blizzard 8, respectively)
I liked your solution WillLem for the (No added colours or lemmings) yes I think that could be describe as a different solution. You actually done quite well with that one as you can do that one without pausing. One idea I had was once you use the blocker make one of the lemmings a climber but do this as you are about to dig under the blocker. the climber will turn around because of the blocker and and climb up the wall to the left and that means you have a good chance to have a lone lemming for when it comes for the lone lemming to mine the bridge.
Thanks for the credit, hope that solution works out okay.
About Mayhem 21. I think its very easy if you releaserated and let all lemmings fall down with floaters and make last lemmings will be worker. There is a lot time to make this.
If you peolples are interested i might try game completion guide (non max-%) make without pausing my real SNES system.
I might ask how much % you can make Mayhem 10 Pillar of Hercules. Im sure 73/75 never happen but 71/75 might possible, probably 72/75 lemmings.
Wicked 11 ROCKY ROAD (https://youtu.be/hD3ihVdfNJ0) (2 solutions)
Challenge Difficulty: Hard
Number of Attempts: 3 and 12 respectively
The video features the successful attempts of both mine and IchoTolot's solutions, plus an explanation of and outtakes from each solution.

I think I've never used the second solution. There is very little time left!
I always wondered about this, going back to the level (with a twist of lemming) can you make it so the release rate or when you parachute the lemmings it just looks like there is only one lemming walking, that way when it comes to the bashing you can do this no bother. Sorry I hope I made sense there. I never tried this myself on the atari st version but I feel that this could be done.
Mayhem 11 We All Fall Down (Cheeky 3-Builder Solution!) (https://youtu.be/2NINEyF7hsg)
Don't you mean diggers? There's nothing except diggers on all the WAFD levels.
Sunsoft Special 3 (completion/100% solution) (difficulty: Hard)

This level take me 23 attempts to completed.

On special request, a Pause-free playthrough of Level 10 End of Quarantine (https://youtu.be/K_KTcYX941o) from Ron Stard's Rodents pack!
You're in the club now, anyways! I'm sure there aren't many who can say they've done it
Have you seen my PF Cascade 100% video yet? It's by far my favourite moment of this challenge, it took me the best part of an evening to perfect. The thing about that level is, the opening is so difficult to set up Pause-free that every skill assignment for the rest of the level becomes a pressure shot, even though it's technically a breeze once you've contained the crowd.
Had a quick look at your Cascade 100%, that must have been a huge challenge with a SNES controller; it's tough enough with mouse precision!
Taxing 16 100%: 6 attempts - There's a bunch of frantic building early on in this one, but it's fairly simple after that.
Taxing 28 70/80: 29 attempts - This one is tough even when pausing is allowed! There were a couple of spots in which I had to assign basher then builder in rapid succession, requiring a rapid-fire click-F7-click sequence. I'd be truly shocked if anyone could pull this one off without using the keyboard.
@MASTER88 - Well done on the Save 90! Your perseverance was rewarded eventually.
Not sure did you can make 100% taxing 16 Umbrella land on SNES. I cannot figured out that. Correct build lock requires quick release rate drop 70 to 50 and thats impossible make without pausing. Keeping releaserate 70 is way too fast IMO. So no personally any idea how LemSteve did it DOS.;P
I have, however, done a video of the 100% solution on Amiga (with pause) here.
Though this is very hard to say could your way work on SNES version and thats seems just super hard without pausing.
Mayhem 21 With a Twist of Lemming, Please
NOTE: For the purposes of this challenge, I suggest this level be played by sending out the first lemming as the worker lemming, and not allowing them to return back to the starting pit at any point during the rest of the level.
Challenge difficulty: Extremely hard / Number of attempts: 28 / Lemmings saved: 100% / Suggested by: WillLem/Minim

I think you have to first test can you make (1 lost) solution on amiga version?
Can you explain the controls on SNES? Which button controls which aspect of the game?
Did you mean my SNES controlls?
Tricky 24 Tightrope City (100% saved in 1 minutes) solution
Though you can make mayhem 30 a lot easier if you use all 8 minutes time and work each site one by one. But i wanted make it done cooler and less 4 minutes.
I take it you use the D-Pad to control the cursor?
Taxing 22 Come over to my place (No floaters & blockers allowed)

Mayhem 18 Then there were four pause free 100% saved builders only.
In response to Proxima's Taxing 1-20 PFP, here are some NL solutions.
Tricky 23 (99%) Seems just theory possible, but i think too hard with humans. Just 3 lost is my best without pause.
QuoteTricky 23 (99%) Seems just theory possible, but i think too hard with humans. Just 3 lost is my best without pause.
99% is definitely possible on SNES: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2yWvVtAezA
HELL YEAH I DID IT :lem-shocked:
Tricky 23 From the Boundary line 99% saved pause free solution.

With this time its take me only around 90 attempts. That was very lucky one.
Extremely impressive!
Nothing lucky about it, you persevered and the practice paid off! This is excellent stuff, I can imagine how that must have felt to nail it eventually ;P
Well done!!! :lemcat:
So i´ll pretty sure 3 lost Mayhem 10 pause free could working using that way.

I think i started are pretty much done all my pause free challenges
NES Lemmings
Mayhem 19 How much more can you take pause free completed ... How ever i dying a lot attempt break that last blocker, that was pretty nice task.
Well played. I'm just wondering why you used a blocker on the upper level at all... just building to the side could have worked ???
Congratulations!
If WilLem want put those completions in main page you are welcomed
@MASTER-88 Well done on these, the NES levels look so janky and unintuitive to play, I can imagine this makes playing Pause-Free even more of a challenge
Note that I won't be adding any more individual level or even full-rank uploads to the OP and, as such, have removed my own. Playlists can still be listed at the bottom of the OP, of course, and challengers are then welcome to update their playlist whenever they wish.
To this end, I have added your NES playlist to the OP. If you want the full list of 100 levels to be featured, then please add them to this playlist (or create a new one and I'll update the link)
Okay I´ll post somedays later all NES levels in my youtube playlist which are created mainpage and make all 100 levels orders. I think its will take some time (around 5 hours estimate). Im not are motivated make it rightnow. Because its pretty long progress.
But just want ask how you guys record Oh no more lemmings pause free solutions? I am pretty interested with this progress too. This actual not have AVI recorder like most emulator or console system. Using Replay record not proof actual pause free gameplay.
