You may be interested to know that 100% is possible on this level.
The key: the horizontal pillar terrain is one pixel lower at the end, which means there is just enough room for a builder to cross the gap from right to left without turning back. Replay attached.

Good: Excellent decorative terrain, and subtle differences in appearance between the two sides of the level - which is reflected nicely in the solution. The flames help to reinforce the "hurry up" theme - get out before the place burns to the ground
Bad: Release rate and time limit constraints are tough to work with at first - however it's not so bad once you get the hang of it (challenge to all: complete the level without pausing). Also, you might want to check out the level errors (Tools -> Validate Level).
